Everyone has seen one on the street. Hell, I’ve even been one….. One of those brave souls who have garnered up enough mental fortitude to jog themselves back into shape. Not knowing where to start the journey back to health, the most obvious avenue for many of us is to get out and start jogging.

For those familiar with the scenario, the mental game of talking yourself into going for that first jogging experience is bad enough, but then putting one foot in front of the other can be an even more grueling mental exercise.
